Quality Custom Distribution in Orlando is seeking a Class A CDL Driver to join our local team, delivering food service products with precision and pride, and returning home daily in a stable, high-earning role.

Join a 24/7 operation with night/weekend shifts, weekly pay, health/dental/vision after 30 days, a 401(k), and uniforms. This role emphasizes safety, reliability, and career growth within a national distribution network.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid Class A CDL and DOT medical card.
• At least 1 year of tractor-trailer driving and delivery experience.
• Ability to lift 75+ lbs. and work in multi-temperature environments.
• Strong customer service and clear communication with dispatch and stores.
• Willingness to work nights, weekends and holidays as part of a 24/7 operation.
• Read and understand English as required by DOT regulations.

Responsibilities

• Operate a diesel tractor-trailer on local routes with no layovers.
• Deliver food products safely and efficiently to restaurant customers.
• Load and unload using hand trucks or pallet jacks (touch freight).
• Complete vehicle inspections and maintain DOT logs.
• Communicate clearly with dispatch, store personnel, and team members.
• Handle return loads and ensure compliance of equipment and deliveries.

Class A CDL Driver – Orlando

In This Role, You’ll

• Operate a diesel-powered tractor-trailer on local routes - no layovers
• Deliver food products safely and efficiently to restaurant customers
• Load and unload using hand trucks or pallet jacks - this is a touch-freight role
• Complete vehicle inspections, maintain DOT logs, and submit accurate paperwork
• Communicate clearly with dispatch, store personnel, and team members
• Handle return loads and ensure equipment and deliveries are in compliance

What You’ll Bring

• A valid Class A CDL, current DOT medical card, and at least 1 year of tractor-trailer driving and delivery experience
• Ability to lift 5–75+ lbs., stay active throughout the shift, and work in multi-temperature environments (coolers/freezers)
• Strong customer service skills and clear communication with dispatch, store teams, and fellow drivers
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays as part of a 24/7 operation
• Ability to complete vehicle inspections, maintain DOT logs, and meet all compliance requirements, including reading and speaking English as required by DOT regulations

The Schedule & Setting

• Must be available for nights, weekends, and holidays
• Typically a 4 day work week
• All trailers equipped with lift gates - no ramps
• Touch freight - with repetitive lifting 75+ lbs
