Job summary

QCD, a Quality Custom Distribution Services LLC, part of the GSF family, is hiring a Class A CDL Driver for Pineville, NC. You will shuttle local routes, delivering food products to restaurant customers and maintaining DOT logs for compliance.

This role emphasizes touchfreight handling, home daily schedules, and reliable, steady earnings. The position offers starting pay at 28.19 per hour with weekly pay, health/dental/vision coverage after 30 days, a 401(k) plan, and paid holidays.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL with current DOT medical card.
• At least 1 year of tractor-trailer driving experience in food service or beverage delivery.
• Ability to read and speak English as required by DOT.

Responsibilities

Class A CDL Driver – Pineville, NC

What You’ll Do:

In This Role, You’ll:

• Operate a diesel-powered tractor-trailer on local routes - no layovers
• Deliver food products safely and efficiently to restaurant customers
• Load and unload using hand trucks or pallet jacks - this is atouch-freightrole
• Complete vehicle inspections, maintain DOT logs, and submit accurate paperwork
• Communicate clearly with dispatch, store personnel, and team members
• Handle return loads and ensure equipment and deliveriesare in compliance

What You’ll Bring:

• ValidClass A CDLw/current DOT medical card and at least 1+ yearoftractor-trailer driving experience infood service orbeveragedelivery.
• Ability to lift 5-75+ lbs., stay active throughout the shift, and work in multi-temperature environments (coolers/freezers)
• Strong customer service skills and clear communication with dispatch, store teams, and fellow drivers
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays as part of a 24/7 operation
• Ability to complete vehicle inspections, maintain DOT logs, and meet all compliance requirements, including reading and speaking English as required by DOT regulations

The Schedule & Setting:

• Class A Dispatches: Sunday - Saturday: 11:30am-5:30pm
• Must be available forn nights, weekends, and holidays
• All trailers equipped with liftgates-no ramps
• Touchfreight- withrepetitive lifting75+lbs.

Pay & Benefits:

• Starting Pay: 28.19/hourly (Avg 85,000 annually)
