Starting/primary yard is Fall River, MA, with shifts 3:00 PM–4:00 PM start times and flexible schedules (Mon-Fri or Tue-Thu). Trains on electric pallet-jacks and no NYC deliveries. Uniforms provided; automatic transmissions.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL.
• Minimum 3 months of verifiable truck-driving experience.
• Clean driving record.
• Valid DOT Medical Card.
• No SAP drivers.
• Reliable transportation to Fall River yard.

Responsibilities

• Shuttle refrigerated trailers between Massachusetts and Connecticut with no-touch, drop-and-hook freight.
• Minimum 3 shuttles per day (approximately 5–10 possible depending on destination).
• Assist with store transfers, trailer moves, or other account needs.
• May perform store deliveries with 2–3 stops per trailer, unload with electric pallet-jack, and backhaul pickups.
• Operate automatic trucks with slip-seat expectations and home daily.

Drivers shuttle refrigerated trailers between Massachusetts and Connecticut facilities, with occasional local deliveries or trailer moves as needed.

Main Yard / Starting Location

Fall River, MA - drivers start and end each shift at the yard at 485 Commerce Drive. The operation supports a distribution facility in Westfield, MA, with shuttle runs to relay yards in Milford and West Haven, CT.

Pay Details

• Average Annual Pay: $70,000
• Average Weekly Pay: $1,350
• Mileage Pay: $0.50-0.54 per mile
• $5,000 Bonus

Job Details

• Dedicated frozen-grocery shuttle operation
• Reefer trailers with no-touch, drop-and-hook freight
• Shuttle frozen grocery loads between Westfield, MA, and relay yards in Milford or West Haven, CT
• Minimum 3 shuttles per day , with approximately 5-10 possible depending on the destination
• May assist with store transfers, trailer moves, local backhauls, supermarket deliveries, or other account needs
• Store deliveries may involve 2-3 stops per trailer, electric pallet-jack unloading, and return-product or backhaul pickups
• No deliveries in New York City
• Automatic trucks; drivers should expect to slip-seat
• Trucks cannot be taken home

Shift Details

• Home daily
• Available schedules: Monday-Friday or Tuesday-Thursday
• Drivers must be willing to work either schedule
• Start times between 3:00 PM and 4:00 PM
• Sixth-day work may be required for three consecutive weeks around holiday periods
• Holiday work is required when scheduled unless the account is closed
• Thanksgiving and Christmas are listed as days off; New Year's Day off is not guaranteed

Job Requirements

• Valid Class A CDL

• Must be able to perform pre-trip inspections and inspect tractor and trailer tires
• Must operate safely and legally and demonstrate good customer-service skills
• Must be flexible to assist with store deliveries and other account work when needed
