Job summary

West Central Sanitation is hiring for a full-time truck driver in Minnesota. Shifts begin early with overtime available, and the role includes loading, transporting, and unloading waste materials to disposal or recycling facilities.

You will back up trucks, follow safety procedures, and maintain clear written and verbal communication with the dispatch team. CDL-A is required, and the company covers training, health insurance, PTO, and a 401(k) with match.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Legally eligible to work in the United States
• Pass pre-employment background check, driving record review, physical and drug screening
• Able to perform the physical requirements of the position
• Reliable to commute or relocate to the designated work location

Responsibilities

• Operate heavy-duty trucks with loading attachments to transport waste and recyclables
• Perform backing maneuvers and safe driving in high-traffic areas
• Maintain safety protocols and communicate effectively with team members
