Job summary

LRS is hiring a full-time Route Driver in Minnesota to service customer locations with safety and efficiency. You will operate a heavy-duty vehicle, perform inspections, and ensure containers are properly managed on site.

Responsibilities include communicating with Dispatch, reporting incidents, and maintaining accurate service documentation. A valid Class B CDL, DOT medical card, and clean driving record are required.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid Class B CDL.
• Must meet DOT medical requirements.
• Ability to read and interpret route lists and service tickets.
• Proficient in communicating in English.

Responsibilities

• Operate waste collection vehicle in compliance with safety rules and regulations.
• Perform pre- and post-trip inspections and document checks.
• Notify Route Manager of incidents, safety concerns, or service issues.
• Complete end-of-day documentation and route checks as required.
• Position and return containers on customer property and ensure lids are closed.
• Communicate customer requests to Dispatch and improve route efficiencies.
