Job summary

West Central Sanitation in Minnesota is seeking a full-time driver to operate heavy-duty trucks and service residential or commercial containers. Start times around 4:45 AM with 4- or 5-day shifts, and a typical 50-hour work week with overtime opportunities.

Applicants must be 18+, legally eligible to work in the United States, and able to pass background checks, driving record review, physicals, and drug screening. Minnesota CDL with air brakes and DOT Health Card required.

Qualifications

• Requires ability to operate heavy-duty vehicles and safely back up.
• Must be legally able to work in the United States and pass background checks.
• CDL with air brakes and DOT Health Card required; eligible to relocate if needed.

Responsibilities

• Drive heavy-duty trucks to pick up and service containers.
• Transport materials to disposal, transfer, or recycling facilities while adhering to load limits.
• Maintain safety and timely operations, including communication with customers and teams.
