Qualifications

• Class B CDL required.
• Hazmat and Tanker endorsements to be obtained within 90 days of employment.
• Basic computer and math skills required.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong customer service skills are essential.
• Must be able to perform physical functions per job requirements.
• Background check, drug test, and physical required by position.
• Must meet facial hair standards per OSHA Respiratory Protection standard.

Responsibilities

• Ensure Health and Safety is the number one priority and follow all safe work practices and policies.
• Visit 10–12 customer sites per day.
• Switch out 15- and 30-gallon drums of solutions.
• Service parts washer machines and clean sediment from sinks.
• Upsell at customer locations and generate new leads in the field.
• Service automotive repair, fleets, and manufacturing businesses.
• Complete daily scheduled services, deliveries, and pickups on time.
• Follow all local, state, and federal regulations and rules.
• Safely operate vehicles in compliance with DOT and other requirements.
• Follow environmental health and safety operating guidelines.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Safety-Kleen in Norcross, GA is seeking a Sales and Service Route Driver. This role will train to drive a Class B box truck to provide onsite service for parts washer machines, pick up containerized hazardous waste, and sell products/services in a defined route.

• Follow all local, state (provincial) and federal compliance regulations and rules
• Safely operate vehicles in accordance with U.S. DOT, local, state (provincial) and federal requirements
• Observe all company environmental health and safety operating guidelines
• Performs other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Class B CDL
• Obtain Hazmat and Tanker endorsement within 90 days of employment
• Basic computer and math skills
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Strong customer service skills
• Perform physical functions per job requirements
• Successfully complete a background check, drug test, and physical, by position
• Per OSHA’s Respiratory Protection standard, 29 CFR 1910.134, employees in positions requiring respirators are required to meet facial hair standards.

• Commercial route driving experience (Class C or Non-CDL)
