Aspen Waste Systems is a locally owned waste and recycling service provider serving the Commerce City area. The Route Driver will operate collection trucks, ensuring prompt, courteous service while maintaining safety and compliance with OSHA and DOT requirements.

The role includes performing pre- and post-trip inspections, documenting route issues, and delivering exceptional customer service. Competitive wages and comprehensive benefits are offered in a family-owned environment.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Valid Class A or B Commercial Driver's license with an air brakes endorsement.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain DOT Medical certification.
• Safe driving record.
• Working knowledge of fleet related OSHA, DOT, and similar regulations.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Must have manual endorsement.

Responsabilités

• Operate collection trucks safely and efficiently following safety procedures and DOT/OSHA rules.
• Provide excellent customer service to Aspen's customers.
• Complete pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections.
• Communicate with supervisor about safety concerns, route disruptions, and maintenance needs.
