Apex-Waste-Solutions in Woodland Park, Colorado seeks a Residential Driver CDL to operate a waste collection truck safely on scheduled routes, serving residential neighborhoods and ensuring compliance with local regulations and company safety standards.

The role requires a valid CDL, the ability to lift up to 50 lbs, physical stamina, and excellent customer service. Shifts are 8–10 hours, 5–6 days per week, with hourly pay ranging from $26 to $28.

Qualifications

• Must pass DOT drug screen.
• Must have a Valid CDL with clean driving record.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Safely drive trucks to collect trash from residential neighborhoods according to routes.
• Assist with loading, transport, and unloading of waste from residential areas.
• Follow safety protocols and wear PPE during collection.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the truck and equipment.
• Interact courteously with residents and address questions about service.
• Maintain accurate records of waste collected, mileage, and fuel.
• Complete routes within scheduled timelines and report delays to supervisor.
• Communicate customer needs and issues to office and sales departments.
• Work closely with team to ensure efficient service.
