Job summary

Montana Materials & Construction, a CRH Company, is seeking a CDL driver to operate a ready-mix concrete truck and deliver to job sites across the Anaconda/Butte region. This full-time role offers home nightly time and potential overtime.

You will uphold safety standards, perform vehicle inspections, and coordinate with dispatch to ensure timely deliveries while providing excellent customer service. Training is provided; union membership within 30 days may be required.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A or B CDL with DOT medical card.
• Safety minded with good attendance and punctuality.
• Willing to work overtime and weekends/holidays as needed.
• Ability to work with Supervisors, Truck Drivers, Heavy Equipment Operators and other employees.
• Must pass pre-employment physical and drug testing.

Responsibilities

• Operate equipment safely and efficiently within designed parameters.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections of vehicle.
• Deliver ready-mix concrete to construction sites in a safe and efficient manner.
• Maintain communication with Dispatcher and record delivery tickets.
• Ensure proper materials are loaded and obtain signatures as required.
• Rinse out drum and chutes and manage slurry as per procedures.
• Record sales and delivery information and maintain logs.
