Job summary

Montana Materials & Construction, A CRH Company, is seeking a driver to operate a concrete mixer truck and deliver ready-mix concrete to job sites across MT. You will provide top-tier customer service while ensuring safety and quality during daily routes.

The role offers overtime potential and training, with opportunities for growth within CRH. Must have a valid CDL and be able to meet pre-employment requirements, including a physical and drug screen.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A or B CDL with current DOT medical card.
• Excellent customer service and safety-minded attitude.
• Willingness to work overtime, weekends/holidays as needed.
• Must pass pre-employment physical and drug testing.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Must join Laborers Union Local 1686 within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Operate ready-mix concrete truck to deliver to construction sites safely and efficiently.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections, report issues.
• Maintain logs and delivery tickets with accuracy.
• Ensure proper loading and unloading of materials and signatures as required.
• Communicate with Dispatcher regarding deliveries and changes.
