Job summary

SRM Concrete is hiring Mixer Operators (CDL Class A or B) to deliver ready mix to commercial and residential job sites. You’ll be the face of SRM at deliveries, upholding safety, accuracy, and exceptional service on every stop.

We offer consistent local routes with home daily, overtime after 8 hours, competitive pay, and strong benefits. Previous mixer experience is a plus, but motivated newcomers who want to learn are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Active Class A or B CDL with current DOT Medical Card.
• Proven safe driving record and commitment to safety.
• Strong customer service and professionalism at every site.
• Physical ability to lift up to 100 lbs and work outdoors in all weather.
• Willingness to complete pre-employment screenings.

Responsibilities

• Operate a concrete mixer truck to safely deliver to job sites.
• Load, mix, and inspect concrete to meet specs.
• Provide excellent customer service at every site.
• Perform pre- and post-trip inspections and basic maintenance.
• Follow all DOT/OSHA safety protocols.
• Maintain delivery and vehicle records in company systems.
• Coordinate with dispatch for routing and scheduling.
• Assist with general plant or yard duties as needed.
