Job summary

Qualifications

• CDL license with a clean driving record and valid safety credentials.
• 1+ years of commercial driving experience OR a CDL training certificate.
• Physical readiness to maneuver in and out of the cab in varying conditions.
• Strong safety mindset and adherence to traffic laws and company procedures.
• Professional customer service attitude when interacting with residents.

Responsibilities

• Master residential routes with side-loaders, rear-loaders, and automated trucks.
• Perform daily pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections for safety.
• Maintain route efficiency and safety through careful driving and teamwork.
• Provide courteous service to residents and uphold route quality standards.
