Qualifications

• Class A or B CDL with a clean driving record.
• 1+ years of commercial driving experience OR a CDL school certificate.
• Physical readiness to enter/exit the cab and work outdoors.
• Safety-first mindset with strong knowledge of traffic laws and procedures.
• Professional demeanor with a customer-service approach.

Responsibilities

• Operate residential collection vehicles (side-loaders, rear-loaders, automated trucks) on local routes.
• Collect solid waste, recyclables, and yard waste according to daily routes.
• Provide courteous, professional service to residents and uphold route quality standards.
• Perform daily pre- and post-trip inspections to ensure vehicle safety.
• Coordinate with helpers, mechanics, and supervisors to keep routes running smoothly.
