Land O’Lakes, Inc. is seeking a Local CDL Truck Driver based in Spencer, IA. The role transports agricultural materials within a regional area, with a day shift, home nightly, and a $28.00 per hour pay rate.

You’ll follow FMCSA/DOT regulations, maintain safety practices, and operate with a team in a fast-paced environment. A Class A CDL and HAZ-MAT endorsement (or ability to obtain) are required, plus forklift certification is desired for this role.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years or older.
• Possesses valid Class A CDL and HAZ-MAT licensure (or ability to attain).
• Additional endorsements may be required.
• 1+ years of commercial driving experience
• Basic computer and math skills
• Able to read, write, comprehend, follow verbal and written instructions
• Willingness to learn new skills, problem-solve and troubleshoot
• Strong collaboration, communication skills, and is always respectful
• 2+ years of commercial driving experience
• Forklift experience

Responsibilities

• Follows all driving and safety policies
• Complies with FMCSA and DOT regulations of drivers
• Complies with all safety processes and insists on safety practices of self and others
• Shows up on time, completes tasks by deadlines, and adapts to changes quickly
• Ensures all standard operating procedures are followed
• Successful forklift certification required
• Other duties as assigned
