Job summary

Herman N Logistics is seeking a CDL-A Local Retail Driver for an Iowa-based dedicated account. You will deliver retail products on a dedicated route with no-touch freight and a home-daily schedule. Expect a Monday–Friday shift starting early in the morning, with overtime after 40 hours and about 50–52 hours weekly.

The position pays $27.50 per hour with overtime and offers typical driver benefits. Average weekly pay is around $1,600, with medical, dental, vision, and a 401(k) plan, plus wellness

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL.
• Must be at least 22 years old.
• No more than 3 moving violations in the past 3 years.
• No more than 1 DOT-recordable accident in the past 3 years.
• Must meet DOT Clearinghouse requirements.
• Must be able to read and speak English sufficiently for safety and job duties.

Responsibilities

• Deliver retail products on a dedicated local account.
• No-touch freight.
• Late-model equipment.
• Occasional straight truck deliveries.
