Return, based in Hayfield, MN, is hiring a local Class A CDL driver to pull belt trailers on short regional runs. This role keeps you close to home with local routes and a Monday–Friday schedule.

You’ll operate company-owned trucks, maintain safety standards, and provide excellent customer service. We offer pay at $25–$30 per hour plus overtime, plus benefits after 60 days, and a supportive team focused on sustainable agriculture.

Qualifications

• Must have valid Class A CDL.
• Must hold a current DOT medical card.
• Clean driving record required.
• 1 year driving experience or equivalent training/experience.

Responsibilities

• Operate company-owned and leased trucks over 4 tons to support shipping and receiving.
• Deliver, pickup, and relocate bi-products, final products, and materials.
• Haul, load, dump and perform related duties as needed.
• Complete required maintenance reports and routine inspections; report defects.
• Maintain safety standards and provide excellent customer service during delivery and pickup.
• Keep certifications up to date per DOT/OSHA and company programs.
• Plan routes for time and equipment efficiency.
• Perform other duties to support team operations.
• Accommodate disabilities to perform essential functions.
