Land O'Lakes in Winthrop, MN is seeking a Local CDL Truck Driver to join our transportation team. You will operate within an assigned regional area and be home nightly. This day shift role covers weekends and overtime as needed.

Requires Class A CDL with Haz-Mat endorsement and forklift certification; adherence to FMCSA/DOT regulations and safety protocols is essential while delivering agricultural materials to customers and other locations in a local region.

Qualifications

Must be 21 years or older.
Possesses valid driver's license including: Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL)
Haz-MAT licensure (or ability to attain)
Additional endorsements may also be required
6+months of commercial driving experience
Basic computer and math skills
Able to read, write, comprehend, follow verbal and written instructions
Willingness to learn new skills, problem-solve and troubleshoot
Strong collaboration, communication skills, and is always respectful

Responsabilités

Follows all driving and safety policies
Complies with FMCSA and DOT regulations of drivers
Complies with all safety processes and insists on safety practices of self and others
Shows up on time, completes tasks by deadlines, and adapts to changes quickly
Ensures all standard operating procedures are followed
Successful forklift certification required
