Job summary

Batth Trucking Inc is seeking a dependable and hands-on team member for our New Jersey office. This hybrid role combines local driving, safety compliance, and fleet coordination to support operations, safety, and maintenance.

The position requires a Class A CDL, knowledge of DOT regulations, and the ability to assist with driver support, inspections, and paperwork. Monday–Friday, with afterhours and occasional Saturday half-day; local travel across NJ/PA/NY.

Qualifications

• CDL Class A required or preferred.
• Strong knowledge of DOT regulations and FMCSA compliance.
• Ability to support operations, safety and maintenance teams.

Responsibilities

• Pick up and deliver loads locally for OTR drivers.
• Shuttle trailers and equipment between yards, customers and company locations.
• Assist with trailer swaps and local load recoveries.
• Support dispatch and operations with urgent driver needs.
• Assist with roadside breakdowns and coordinate repairs, towing and vendor communication.
• Operate both manual and automatic transmission trucks.
