Job summary

Heritage Family of Companies is seeking a safety-conscious, self-motivated Local CDL Driver (Class A or B) to deliver products to customers within a local radius centered on the Spring Hill branch. Deliveries start and end at the branch with no overnight stays, and overtime may be available during busy seasons.

Local day driving supports family time. Essentials include a valid CDL, clean driving record, and knowledge of DOT/OSHA safety regs.

Qualifications

• CDL license class A or B required.
• Safe driving record with no recent major incidents.
• Knowledge of DOT and OSHA safety regulations is a plus.
• Basic computer knowledge is required.
• Forklift experience helpful.

Responsibilities

• Deliver to customers' sites and branch locations within a local radius.
• Load, unload, and stage orders at customer sites or warehouses.
• Adhere to FMCSA regulations and company safety policies.
• Maintain delivery and driving records with signed receipts and logs.
• Perform related duties such as stocking, order entry, shipping, and receiving.
