48forty Solutions, LLC in Lake City, MN is hiring a CDL Driver to handle local truckload deliveries with no touch freight, home daily, weekends off, and a $5,000 sign-on bonus.

Role involves delivering and picking up trailers within 100-175 miles, 1-4 routes per shift, and driving an automatic 53’ truck on 20-26 hour shifts.

Requirements include 1 year CDL-A in last 3 years, age 23+, valid CDL, DOT physical, PSP ≤10, ≤2 moving violations, and English proficiency.

Qualifications

• 1-year CDL-A driving experience within past 3 years.
• Must be at least 23 years of age or older.
• Must Possess a valid license to operate a commercial motor vehicle.
• Must pass a DOT Physical from a nationally registered DOT approved physician.
• No record of being disqualified to drive.
• Successful completion of a DOT road test.
• PSP report scores of 10 or below in the past 3 years – a higher score will be reviewed.
• No more than 2 moving violations in the past 3 years.
• Candidates with experience in logistics, warehouse, OTR, Over-the-Road, CDL Class A License, Truck and Trailer, preferred.
• Must be able to read, write, and speak English proficiently.

Responsibilities

• Handle all local truckload deliveries; primarily drop and hook.
• Deliver and pick up trailers within (100 - 175 miles) making about (1-4 routes) routes per shift.
• Drive an automatic, 53’ truck/dry van for (20-26 of hours) shifts.
