Job summary

GXO Logistics, Inc. is seeking a CDL Class A Driver for a home daily role in Manassas, VA. The position runs Monday–Friday, 9:00am–5:30pm, with local routes that keep you home daily.

Competitive pay and a robust benefits package start from $30.50 per hour, with overtime after 40 hours weekly and a $3,000 referral bonus. You will drive a tractor and 53 ft trailer, perform routine inspections, and coordinate with dispatch to ensure on-time deliveries while adhering to safety policies.

Pay rates start at $30.50 per hour plus overtime pay is available after 40 worked hours per week. $3000 referral bonus

About The Role

As a CDL Driver, you’ll not only drive our equipment, but you’ll also drive our success! You’ll play a key role in ensuring safe, on-time delivery of goods for our customers, running local routes that get you home daily.

What You’ll Do On a Typical Day

• Drive tractor and 53 ft trailer in and around the site or on public roads

• Drive safely and adhere to all safety policies and practices
• Perform routine inspections
• Communicate effectively with dispatch

What You’ll Need To Succeed At GXO

At a minimum you’ll need:

• 6 months of Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) experience operating the same type of equipment needed for this position, or larger, in the last 3 years
• Must be at least 18 years old
• A current valid CDL A driver’s license and a safe driving record

It’d be great if you also have:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience moving multiple types of trailers (tanks, vans, flatbed)
