Job summary

GXO Logistics, Inc in New Jersey is seeking a CDL Class A Driver for 1st Shift with home daily routes. Start times between 1:00 am and 3:00 am and local routes will keep you close to home each day.

You will drive a 53ft tractor trailer, ensure safe, on-time deliveries, and work with dispatch. Benefits include full health insurance, 401(k), life, disability, and more with overtime after 40 hours and a $3000 referral bonus.

Qualifications

• 6 months of CDL experience operating same type of equipment or larger in last 3 years.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• A current valid CDL A license and a safe driving record.
• High school diploma or equivalent and trailer experience preferred.

About the role

As a CDL Driver, you’ll not only drive our equipment, but you’ll also drive our success! You’ll play a key role in ensuring safe, on-time delivery of goods for our customers, running local routes that get youhome daily.

What you’ll need to succeed at GXO

At a minimum you’ll need:

• 6 months of Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) experience operating the same type of equipment needed for this position, or larger, in the last 3 years
• Must be at least 18 years old
• A current valid CDL A driver’s license and an safe driving record

It’d be great if you also have:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience moving multiple types of trailers (tanks, vans, flatbeds)
