Job summary

PODS is seeking a professional driver in Miami, FL to safely operate our trucks, load/unload containers and complete local deliveries. You will inspect your rig daily, follow DOT/OSHA standards, and maintain communication using company devices.

When not on the road, you may help at storage centers with forklift tasks and light maintenance. You must have a valid CDL, a high school diploma or equivalent, be at least 21, and maintain a safety-first mindset with a clean driving record.

Qualifications

• Valid CDL license and high school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 21 years old with DOT Medical Card eligibility.
• Minimum 3 months of professional driving experience.
• Zero-incident safety record in past 3 years.
• Ability to read, write and communicate in English.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a commercial truck with lift mechanism for container loading/unloading.
• Make local deliveries and pickups following safety standards.
• Perform pre/post-trip inspections and keep cab/equipment clean.
• Use handheld devices for navigation, confirmations and communication.
• Represent PODS as a brand ambassador and assist customers politely.
• Assist storage center tasks, forklift operation and light maintenance when off-road.
