Job summary

PODS is hiring a CDL driver in Pensacola, FL to deliver and pick up containers at customer locations, ensuring safe, incident-free service and maintaining strong customer rapport.

Responsibilities include operating a commercial truck with a lift, performing pre/post trip inspections, handling rental paperwork, and assisting at the storage center as needed. A valid CDL A or B and 21+ are required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 3 months of experience as a CDL driver.
• Valid CDL A or B from the state of assignment and be at least 21 years old.

Responsibilities

• Deliver and pickup containers at customer locations with a safe, incident-free process.
• Drive and operate a commercial truck with lift mechanism to load/unload containers.
• Perform daily pre/post trip inspections of vehicle and lift.
• Coordinate rental paperwork and payment with customers.
• Maintain truck cab cleanliness and provide backup for storage center functions.
• Follow safety rules and communicate with supervisor as needed.
• May perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
