Agropur Cooperative is seeking a Local CDL Class A Driver - Warehouse in Le Sueur, Minnesota. The role involves driving, delivering products, and loading/unloading trucks on a Monday–Friday schedule with possible overtime and home every night.

The position requires a Class A CDL with airbrake/tanker endorsements, a clean driving record, and DOT-compliant health certification. Benefits include 401(k) matching, PTO from day one, holidays, and a bonus program.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Minimum of four (4) years of experience driving a truck and backing a trailer.
• Minimum of two (2) years of experience operating a forklift.
• Experience backing a trailer into a dock.
• Good mechanical aptitude.
• Slip Sheet Unit/Powerlift Jack operation preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain load manifests and all vehicle documents; balance with truck counts and shipping docs.
• Safely operate a forklift, pallet jack and other warehouse equipment as needed.
• Inspect vehicle for defects when idle and running; complete daily inspection per DOT rules.
• Comply with DOT hours of service and rules of the road.
• Deliver merchandise to appropriate locations; obtain signed delivery receipts.
• Prepare, stage, load and unload trucks safely and accurately; keep truck/trailer clean.
• Fill out logs and submit to the proper people.
• Report equipment issues to manager or supervisor.
• Follow Quality Assurance policies and report potential food safety issues.
