Agropur Cooperative is hiring a Bagger in Le Sueur, Minnesota. The role involves bagging product in 50-pound bags or 40-pound boxes, loading items to the dryer, taking powder samples, weighing accurately, and moving pallets with a jack.

You will operate a metal detector, follow SOPs, and maintain GMP-compliant, clean work areas. The position starts at $21.94 per hour with two raises within the year, schedule 7 AM to 7 PM on a 2-2-3 rotation, and offers comprehensive benefits and tuition

Qualifications

• High School degree or equivalent preferred.
• No experience required; on-the-job training provided.
• Knowledge of HACCP and FDA preferred.
• Ability to read, understand, and adhere to documents and procedures (GLP, SOP, SDS, GMP, HACCP).
• Demonstrate attention to detail and accuracy in work.

Responsibilities

• Bag product in 50-pound bags or 40-pound boxes; pushing/pulling product weighing up to 170 pounds.
• Load bags or boxes to the dryer.
• Take samples of powder.
• Weigh the product and adjust the product levels to match the exact weight.
• Move pallets in and out of rooms using a pallet lift jack.
• Use metal detector to scan product.
• Number the packages with marker.
• Perform work tasks in adherence to all Agropur SOPs and safety policies.
• Maintain a clean work environment to meet GMP.
• Attend mandatory trainings and meetings.
