Job summary

Sheehan Family Companies is seeking a CDL Class A Delivery Driver for local routes in Massachusetts. The role operates primarily on the region with routes that start early and end mid-late afternoon. A sign-on bonus is included as part of a comprehensive compensation package.

The position is full-time, hourly, non-exempt, with a standard Monday–Friday schedule and on-site work. Pay ranges from $30.00 to $39.00 per hour, depending on route and experience.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old to transport alcohol.
• Valid Class A CDL with no air brake restrictions.
• Minimum 1 year experience operating tractor-trailers.

Responsibilities

• Operate company vehicle safely and in compliance with traffic laws and regulations.
• Deliver pre-sold products accurately and efficiently to customer accounts.
• Rotate stock and place products in dry and refrigerated storage areas.
• Ensure pallets loaded onto the truck are secure and stable for transport.
• Collect empty containers and returns as required by the supplier.
• Load and return dunnage, pallets, and load bars to the supplier.
• Maintain a courteous, professional attitude toward customers and team members.
• Complete the Daily Vehicle Inspection Report (DVIR) to report maintenance needs.
