Job summary

Craft Massachusetts, a division within Sheehan Family Companies, seeks a CDL Class A Delivery Driver for local routes in Everett, MA. This full-time, non-exempt role offers a 5:15am start, Monday–Friday, with variable end times and a $3,000 sign-on bonus.

You will operate single tractor-trailers with a Delivery Helper, delivering pre-sold products to customers, while maintaining safety and professional service and upholding product quality standards.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old to transport alcohol.
• CDL Class A with no air brake restrictions.
• Minimum of 1 year of tractor-trailer experience.
• Valid DOT Medical Examiner's Certificate.
• Acceptable driving record.
• Strong safety-oriented mindset and adherence to safe driving practices.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• High School diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Operate company vehicle safely and in compliance with traffic laws.
• Deliver pre-sold products to customer accounts accurately and efficiently.
• Rotate stock and store products in dry and refrigerated areas.
• Ensure pallets are secure for transport.
• Collect empty containers and returns as required.
• Load/unload dunnage, pallets, and load bars to supplier.
• Maintain courteous, professional attitude toward customers and team.
• Complete the DVIR to report maintenance needs.
