Craft Massachusetts is seeking a CDL Class A Delivery Driver for local routes in Everett, MA. The role operates Monday–Friday with start times around 5:15 am and varies to 2:00–6:00 pm depending on route and workload.

The position is hourly, non-exempt, with a $30–$39 per hour pay range and a $3,000 sign-on bonus paid in installments. Benefits include health, vacation, holidays, and a 401(k) with employer match.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old to transport alcohol.
• Valid CDL Class A with no air brake restrictions.
• Minimum of 1 year of tractor-trailer experience.
• Valid DOT Medical Examiner's Certificate.
• Acceptable driving record.
• Strong safety-oriented mindset and adherence to safe driving practices.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• High School diploma or GED.
• Availability to work Monday through Friday starting at 5:15 AM; end times may vary.

Responsabilités

• Operate company vehicle safely and in compliance with traffic laws.
• Deliver pre-sold products to customer accounts.
• Rotate stock and store products in dry/refrigerated areas.
• Ensure pallets are secure for transport.
• Collect empty containers and returns as required by the supplier.
• Load and unload dunnage, pallets, and load bars to the supplier.
• Maintain a courteous, professional attitude toward customers and team members.
• Complete the DVIR to report maintenance or repair needs.
