Job summary

CJ Schwan's in Houston is seeking a local CDL Class B route driver to deliver products to grocery stores and ensure shelves are stocked.

You will unload products, place items in the back room, collect proofs of delivery, and use handheld devices. You will build strong relationships with store staff in a fast-paced environment while maintaining DOT compliance and performing truck inspections.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• CDL Class B with airbrake endorsement and medical certification.
• Must be 21+ and able to lift 35 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Complete local daily route as planned to meet service expectations.
• Unload products, place product in the back room, and collect proof of delivery.
• Use handheld technology to complete daily work.
• Build in-store relationships and work effectively with co-workers in a fast-paced environment.
• Maintain DOT rules and regulations and perform truck inspections.
