CJ Schwan's in Bridgeton, MO is hiring a local CDL Class B route driver to deliver products to grocery stores and ensure shelf availability.

You will unload, log proof of delivery, and use handheld devices while adhering to DOT rules in a fast-paced team environment. Benefits include health, dental, vision, life, 401(k) with company match, paid vacation/holidays, and uniform allowance.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Class B CDL with airbrake endorsement; must be 21 or older.
• Ability to safely lift 35 pounds.
• Meet pre-employment background check, drug test, and DOT physical requirements.
• Previous delivery, grocery, or warehouse experience.

Responsibilities

• Deliver product to grocery stores to ensure availability on store shelves.
• Complete local daily route as planned to meet service expectations.
• Unload products, place product in back room, and collect proof of delivery.
• Use handheld technology to complete daily work.
• Build in-store relationships and work effectively with co-workers in a fast-paced environment.
• Maintain DOT rules and regulations and perform truck inspections.
