Job summary

CJ Schwan's is hiring a local CDL Class B route driver to deliver product to grocery stores and ensure shelf availability. The role requires a Class B CDL with airbrake and a high school diploma, with 21+ years of age and the ability to lift 35 pounds.

Qualifications

• Delivery, grocery, or warehouse experience required.
• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• CDL Class B with airbrake endorsement and DOT medical certification.
• Ability to lift 35 pounds and handle frozen product safely.
• Must pass background check and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Complete local daily route as planned to meet service expectations.
• Unload products and place in back room; collect proof of delivery.
• Use handheld device to complete daily work.
• Build in-store relationships and work with co-workers in a fast-paced environment.
• Maintain DOT rules and perform truck inspections.
