Job summary

Airgas in Blytheville, AR is seeking a Local CDL Driver in Inside Sales to serve customers at the retail shop. You will build relationships, advise on products, and support sales while occasionally delivering gas and welding products with a Class B CDL.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of verifiable CDL driving (Class A or B) in the past 5 years.
• Hazmat endorsement or ability to obtain Hazmat upon offer.
• Clean Motor Vehicle Record and age 21+.
• Ability to lift 25–75 lbs, up to 125+ lbs with equipment.
• Familiarity with SAP or CRM or basic order-entry systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with customers, guiding them to the right products.
• Drive growth through inside sales, quotes, and problem-solving.
• Keep the store operations smooth, manage shelves and sales in the system.
