Job summary

Airgas, Inc. in Duncan, OK is seeking a Local CDL Driver with Inside Sales responsibilities. You will be the first point of contact for customers in-store and by phone, driving growth through quotes and solutions while keeping store operations efficient.

Qualifications

• At least one full year of Class A or B CDL driving in the past 5 years or a recent graduate from driving school.
• Hazmat endorsement or ability to obtain Hazmat after offer contingency.
• Clean MVR and at least 21 years old.
• Physical capability to lift 25–75 lbs and up to 125+ lbs with aid; may stand/walk/driving up to 8 hours.
• Familiarity with sales platforms or ability to learn SAP or CRM systems quickly.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with customers, serving as the first point of contact in-store or by phone.
• Drive growth through inside sales, providing quotes and solutions to customer needs.
• Ensure smooth operation of the store by organizing merchandise and processing sales in the system.
• Be a reliable backup driver using Class B CDL to deliver gases and welding products as needed.
