Job summary

Airgas is hiring a Local CDL Driver in Jonesboro, AR to operate a Class B vehicle on designated routes delivering compressed and liquid gas cylinders. You will collect empty cylinders, process orders, and ensure customer satisfaction while maintaining safety and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• At least one year of Class A or B CDL driving in the past 5 years.
• Hazmat endorsement or ability to obtain it.
• Clean Motor Vehicle Record and 21+ years old.
• Familiarity with SAP or CRM systems preferred.
• Physically capable of lifting up to 125+ lbs with handling equipment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver compressed and liquid gas cylinders along designated routes.
• Load/unload and ensure safety compliance.
• Record transactions and obtain customer signatures.
• Provide excellent customer service and be the primary contact for customers.
• Perform pre/post-trip vehicle checks and maintain vehicle condition.
