Job Summary
Transport products safely from warehouse to customers by driving tractor trailers, delivering, and unloading products per company standards.

Responsibilities

• Unload products according to safety and customer specifications, in all weather conditions.
• Complete all paperwork accurately, including logs, inspections, invoices, and damage reports.
• Follow food safety protocols and maintain cleanliness of equipment.
• Build good customer relationships with courteous service.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Minimum Requirements

• High school diploma or GED; 1+ year tractor trailer experience preferred, or completion of a driving school.
• Valid Class A CDL, insurable to operate a vehicle.

Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities

• Knowledge of DOT regulations, Hazmat guidelines, safe lifting practices.
• Skills in long-distance driving, communication, problem-solving, and delivery.
• Ability to operate various vehicle types, read/write English, perform basic math, plan work independently, and handle hazardous materials.

Physical Demands

• Lift/move up to 50 pounds, push/pull 350 pounds, climb in/out of trucks, reach, bend, and twist. Vision abilities include close, distance, color, peripheral, and depth perception.

Work Environment

• Occasional exposure to weather, moving parts, confined spaces, fumes, and airborne particles. Usually moderate noise level. Overnight, weekend, holiday, and varied start times required.
