Akima Facilities Operations (AFO) on Fort Sill, OK seeks a Truck Driver to transport Soldiers and personnel between local pickup and drop-off points, following SOPs and stringent safety standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• REAL ID-compliant, state-issued driver's license required.
• Valid CDL A with air brakes endorsement and no restrictions.
• Two years of tractor-trailer experience.
• Clean driving record for past seven years.
• Ability to pass Pre-Employment Drug Test and Background Screening.
• Ability to receive a favorable TIER-1 Investigation results, obtain and maintain a CAC.
• Ability to drive Manual and Automatic Transmission Trucks.
• Ability to pass DoT physical, with no restrictions.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily vehicle inspections and maintain required documentation per DOT/OSHA and SOPs.
• Load and unload personnel safely using proper equipment.
• Coordinate with supervisor to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
• Report maintenance issues promptly and assist with general tasks.
• Comply with installation access and security requirements.
• Maintain records, logs, and system updates (Tonnage Reports, DPAS, LMP).
• Assist with general support tasks and other duties as assigned.
