Job summary

DLM Pro in Massachusetts is seeking CDL-A drivers for a local, home-daily shuttle role with a dedicated grocery account. Most work is no-touch, drop-and-hook shuttle freight between distribution facilities and relay yards, with multiple daily runs and year-round freight.

Primary duties include shuttle operations, hauling frozen grocery products in refrigerated trailers, pre/post trip inspections, and maintaining excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL
• Minimum 3 months of Class A CDL driving experience
• Reliable transportation to and from work
• Ability to operate electric pallet jacks when required
• Strong safety record
• Professional and dependable work ethic
• Strong customer service skills

Responsibilities

• Primary responsibility is shuttle operations
• Haul frozen grocery products in refrigerated trailers
• No-touch drop-and-hook freight
• Average 5 to 10 shuttle runs per day
• Store transfers, trailer moves, and local backhaul pickups may be required
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections
• Maintain excellent customer service standards
• Operate safely and legally at all times
