Salt City Trucking in the Northeast is hiring a CDL-A Local Grocery Driver to deliver fresh and frozen groceries with daily home time. Expect newest equipment, a $10,000 bonus, and reliable, early-morning routes with NYC/Long Island deliveries.

Routes cover several states; you will make 15–20 stops weekly, unload with an electric pallet jack, and report to the East Granby yard. Valid CDL-A, medical card, clean record, and willingness to work long shifts are required.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL is required.
• Minimum 3 months of verifiable Class A CDL experience.
• DOT Medical Card is required.
• Clean driving record is required.
• No SAP drivers.
• Ability to work early-morning shifts and extended workdays.
• Willingness to unload freight using an electric pallet jack.
• Reliable personal transportation to and from work.
• Strong customer service skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Deliver fresh and frozen groceries using 46-, 48-, 51-, and 53-foot reefer trailers.
• Serve NY/NJ/NE regions with regular NYC deliveries.
• Make 15–20 stops per week and complete long loads daily.
• Unload using an electric pallet jack and assist stores as needed.
• Provide reliable customer service and maintain equipment.
