Job summary

AAA Cooper Transportation is hiring a full-time Pick-up and Delivery Driver in Texarkana, TX. You will safely operate commercial motor vehicles, load and unload freight, and ensure on-time, damage-free deliveries while representing the company to customers.

You must meet DOT requirements, possess a Class A CDL with HazMat and double/triple endorsements, and pass pre-employment screenings. Safety, accurate paperwork, and strong customer relations are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 21 years or older with a valid CDL-A.
• HazMat and double/triple endorsements preferred.
• DOT pre-employment drug screen and physical.
• Ability to read/write/speak English well.
• Familiar with DOT regulations and safety policies.

Responsibilities

• Operate commercial motor vehicles safely and legally.
• Load/unload trailers and move freight across the terminal dock.
• Record shipments using bills of lading and receipts.
• Maintain compliance records per state and federal rules.
• Develop professional relations with customers.
• Hook/unhook trailers and inspect equipment.
• Fuel trucks and tractors; perform other duties as assigned.
