Salt City Trucking is hiring a Local CDL-A Intermodal Driver in Avenel, NJ to haul no-touch intermodal container freight with daily home time.

Choose day or night shifts on routes covering NJ, PA, NY, CT, and MA, with no NYC deliveries. You’ll work preloaded, drop-and-hook, live load/unload freight, and be paid weekly with an average of $1,300–$1,500 per week, plus $55 per load. Holidays optional depending on needs.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL required.
• First Seat / Experienced Driver preferred.
• Clean driving record.
• DOT Medical Card required.
• Intermodal equipment experience is a plus.
• Flexible to work day or night shifts; holiday work optional.

Responsibilities

• Local intermodal container freight movement.
• Home daily with no-touch freight.
• Routes cover NJ, PA, NY, CT, and MA; NYC deliveries avoided.
• Freight includes preloaded, drop-and-hook, live load and unload.
• All-ramp freight; operate in varying weather when safe.
