Qualifications

• At least 21 years of age.
• Valid Class A CDL.
• At least six months of recent Class A driving experience.
• At least six months of driving experience within the past year and one year within the past three years.
• Clean driving record, including no accidents, tickets, or suspensions within the past five years.
• No DUI convictions.
• No felony or misdemeanor convictions within the past five years; all criminal offenses are reviewed by the safety department.
• No termination from the most recent employer.
• Stable 10-year work history, excluding school or training periods, with no significant employment gaps.
• Ability to pass pre-employment urine and hair drug screens.
• Residence within 50 miles of Avenel, New Jersey

Responsibilities

• Operate local intermodal accounts in Avenel, NJ.
• Night shifts start at 6:00 p.m. with 3–4 loads per night.
• Home daily with 4-day workweeks (Thu-Sun or Fri-Mon).
• 100% no-touch intermodal trailers and night driving.
• Maintain consistent freight and about 1,800 miles weekly.
