Herman N Logistics in Indianapolis is seeking CDL-A Intermodal drivers for a local yard role. You’ll operate within a 200-mile local coverage zone with regular Chicago turns and 100-mile hops, pulling about 2,000 miles and 17 loads per week in a slip-seat yard.

Expect base pay $0.59-$0.66 CPM plus a $10,000 sign-on; additional pay for live loads, drops, crosstown shifts, delays, detention, and training. Daily home time with Friday–Tuesday night options.

Qualifications

• 9 months verifiable Class-A tractor-trailer seat time.
• Hazmat endorsement required within 60 days; company reimburses.
• Must pass DOT physical, urine drug screen, and hair follicle test.
