Job summary

Small Potato Trucking seeks a CDL-A Intermodal Driver to run daily between Indianapolis and Chicago. Expect about 2,000 miles weekly with home daily time and a $10,000 bonus.

Separate pay shows earnings around $81,000 annually, plus extra compensation for customer loads, rail delays, detention, and other qualifying moves. Starting at the Indianapolis, IN 46221 yard, drivers will report daily for dispatch, handling drop-and-hook and local routes within a 100-mile radius.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL is required.
• Minimum 3 months verifiable truck-driving experience.
• Clean driving record.
• Valid DOT Medical Card.
• Hazmat endorsement required within 60 days of hire; costs reimbursed after added to license.

Responsibilities

• Haul intermodal freight between Indianapolis and Chicago.
• Complete daily runs with home daily schedule.
• Operate on intermodal freight with approximately 2,000 miles weekly.
• Receive additional pay for customer loads, rail delays, detention, and other qualifying moves.
