POOLCORP is seeking a CDL A Local Delivery Hazmat Flatbed Truck Driver for Salisbury, MD. The role focuses on safe, on-time deliveries, route optimization and strict regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities include loading/unloading, securing hazardous materials, documenting deliveries, and performing pre/post trip inspections. Benefits, PTO, and a comprehensive package accompany this position.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Valid CDL with HazMat endorsement preferred.
• MVR/PSP check showing no more than 2 violations or at-fault accidents in 3 years.
• Ability to lift up to 100 pounds.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to follow instructions with minimal supervision.
• Familiarity with PCs and material handling equipment preferred.
• Moffett, Skelly or Air Brake experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Make safe, complete, accurate and on-time deliveries to customers while complying with DOT and applicable regulations.
• Deliver using the most effective route to ensure on-time orders.
• Load and unload the vehicle, secure products and separate hazardous material appropriately.
• Collect payments and document delivery accurately.
• Maintain FMCSR compliance.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections and report maintenance needs.
• Keep vehicle clean, maintained and presentable daily.
• Increase job and product knowledge continuously.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
