Job summary

Poolcorp is seeking a Class B CDL Hazmat Delivery Truck Driver for SCP Distributors in Houston, TX. This local position offers home nightly schedules with guaranteed hours and a focus on safety.

You will deliver hazardous materials, load/unload shipments, and maintain compliance with DOT/FMCSR requirements. We provide a robust benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, 401(k) with company match, PTO and holidays, life insurance, tuition programs, and performance bonuses.

Qualifications

• Valid CDL Class A with Hazmat endorsement required.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Knowledge of FMCSR and DOT regulations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Make deliveries using the most effective route to ensure on-time delivery.
• Load and unload the vehicle and secure hazardous materials properly.
• Collect payments and document deliveries accurately.
• Maintain compliance with FMCSR and other regulations.
• Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections and report maintenance needs.
• Keep vehicle clean and presentable; increase product knowledge.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
