Job summary

Ascentek is seeking a CDL Shuttle Driver in the Minneapolis area to shuttle finished goods and raw materials between warehouses and customers. The role includes trailer switching, inventory checks, and basic warehouse tasks to support daily operations.

The position requires a valid DOT medical card, hazmat endorsement, and adherence to DOT hours-of-service rules. Meticulous safety and reliable teamwork are essential for success in this fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 2 years driving experience in the last 5 years preferred.
• No more than 3 moving violations in 36 months or 2 in 12 months; no DWI or DUI in past 5 years.

Responsibilities

• Transport loaded trailers between Ascentek facilities and customers in the metro area.
• Move trailers in/out of dock doors and reposition as needed.
• Maintain trailer inventory and DOT date updates.
• Maintain valid driver’s license with endorsements and medical card.
• Comply with DOT hours-of-service rules and driver logs.
• Operate a forklift and perform warehouse tasks.
