Ascentek is hiring for a CDL Class A Driver & Yard Jockey – First Shift in Minnesota. The role involves transporting finished goods and raw materials, moving trailers, and handling yard duties within a rotating team.

Expect an 4:30am–1pm schedule, home nightly, and a strong safety focus. Responsibilities include DOT-compliant driving, forklift operations, inventory updates, and attention to driver qualifications.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Prefer 2 years driving experience in the last 5 years.
• No more than 3 moving violations in 36 months or 2 in 12 months.
• No DWI or DUI in the past 5 years.
• Possess a current DOT Medical certification card.
• Carry hazmat endorsement as required.
• Meet all DOT qualifications under FMCSA rules.

Responsabilités

• Transport loaded trailers between Ascentek facilities and suppliers.
• Move trailers in/out of dock doors and within parking areas.
• Maintain trailer inventory and DOT date updates.
• Comply with DOT hours of service and safety regulations.
• Operate a forklift and perform warehouse tasks as needed.
