Safeload Trucking is hiring a Local CDL A Truck Driver to operate a Class A tractor-trailer on local routes with home time nightly. This full-time role covers about 1,500 miles weekly and includes two days off per week.

Expected duties include delivering 3–5 stops per day, performing pre-trip and post-trip inspections, and adhering to DOT/FMCSA safety procedures while earning mileage pay, stop pay, and holiday pay.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL required.
• Minimum 3 months verifiable CDL A driving experience.
• Ability to pass DOT physical, drug screen, and background check.

Responsibilities

• Operate a Class A tractor-trailer on local routes.
• Complete approximately 3–5 delivery stops per day.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections.
• Follow DOT, FMCSA, and company safety procedures.
• Deliver freight safely, efficiently, and on schedule.
